Hsc syllabus 2022 has been published. This is applicable for all general education boards of Bangladesh. Authority also published short syllabus in 2 subjects Bangla 1st & 2nd paper and English 1st & 2nd paper.

Hsc exam 2022 update news
- HSC and equivalent exam 2022 will begin on 6th November 2022.
- The Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education published the exams routine on 12th September 2022.
- According to the routine, the theoretical exams will end on December 13 and later the practical exams will begin on 15th December 2022.
- As per the decision taken by the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, the exams will take place for two hours (1.4 hours for written exams and 20 minutes for MCQ). Before the Covid pandemic, HSC exams were three hours long.

All examinees have been requested to enter their respective exam halls 30 minutes before the starting time, and put their roll and registration numbers carefully.
Bringing mobile phones is strictly prohibited for the examinees. Only respective officials of the exam centres can use cell phones.
Students would be allowed to use only general and scientific calculators but no calculating devices having other applications.
The SSC and HSC exams are usually held in February and April respectively but the government had to defer both the exams this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic and flood in the country.
In last year, the SSC and HSC exams were held in November and December, 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Before that, with the start of the pandemic in Bangladesh, all educational institutions were shut down in 2020, there were no HSC exams, and students were promoted automatically.
