1. Being a post-graduate with no third class or equivalent.
2. Having extensive knowledge on designing organizational strategy.

4. Holding proven track record on strategic contribution.
5. Having minimum 12 years’ work experience in the relevant field.
6. Being maximum 50 years of age.
