46th BCS Circular 2023 will publish on 30th November 2023. Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) souce confirmed it. This circular PDF [bpsc.gov.bd] The circular of 46th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) exams will be published on Thursday.
Number of cadre and non-cadre posts have been finalised for this general BCS, said a source from the recruitment department of the public administration ministry.
Earlier, the Public administration ministry sent a demand note to the Public Service Commission (PSC) keeping the highest number of cadre posts in the last 10 BCS exams. Appointment Promotion and Deputation Wing Joint Secretary Saila Farzana told that the ministry sent a demand note specifying the cadre and no-cadre posts for the 46th BCS exam to the PSC. Now the PSC will publish a circular in this regard.

PSC sources said the number of cadre posts is 3,100 and non-cadre posts is 300. A circular will be published on Thursday, the source added.
A total of 2,520 people were recruited through the 41st BCS while 2,309 are likely to be recruited from the 45th BCS. These were the highest numbers in the last 10 BCS.
PSC said this number of posts is not the final list. The government could raise it.
46th BCS Requirements : Candidate qualifications, age limits and criteria
Candidates with a four-year honors degree are eligible. Those in the Honors Final Year can apply if the written exam is completed before the application deadline. They need a certificate from the department head or exam controller confirming their participation in the final year written exam.
Age Limit :
- For general candidates: 21–30 years.
- Special Groups and children of liberation fighters: 21–32 years.
Height and Weight Criteria
Police and Ansar Cadres :
- Male: Height-5’4”, Weight-54.54kg
- Female: Height-5’, Weight-45.45kg
Other Cadres:
- Male: Height-5’, Weight-45kg
- Female: Height-4’10”, Weight-40kg

BPSC 46 BCS Online Application Method
To initiate the application process, prospective candidates are required to make an online payment and obtain a payment receipt number. Prior to completing the online form, applicants must first pay the application fee through the teletalk operator on their mobile devices. Upon successful payment, candidates will be issued a PIN number via the official mobile number used for the transaction. Subsequently, candidates can use this PIN number to fill out the application form.
